For those owners who hold a sales tax exemption, Hewes and Company offers an Owner Direct Purchase Program (ODP). This program allows the Owner to use their sales tax exemption to purchase directly material needed for their project and benefit from sales tax savings.

Participation in the ODP program enables the Owner to realize substantial savings by not being required to pay sales tax on the material. Hewes and Company is well versed and experienced with this process. We manage and track this program entirely for the Owner to ensure that all invoices are billed correctly and the material has been delivered to the jobsite before the Owner issues payment.
